Q What time is check-in and checkout?
A Room check-in begins at 4 p.m. or as your room becomes available. On your day of departure, checkout time is 10 a.m.
Q Can I get a late checkout?
A Yes, late checkout is subject to availability and an additional fee.
Q When is the best time of year to visit?

Q Do I have to stay at the resort to experience the amenities, waterpark and shows?
A On select days we have day passes available for purchase and once purchased, you would have access to all our amenities.
Q Do you have an ATM?
A Yes. We have an ATM in our Lobby area as well as our Marketplace area located near the Guest Services Desk. Please see a Guest Services team member for locations or check your resort map.
Q Can I bring my pet?
A Unfortunately, for the health and comfort of all of our guests, we do not allow any pets (with the exception of service animals). If you do plan to bring a service animal with you, please reach out to our team for more details.
Q Do you provide babysitting?
A We do not provide babysitting services.
Q Do you offer Day Passes?
A Yes, on select days we have day passes available for purchase. You will have access to our resort amenities including waterpark, shows, poolside entertainment and dining.
Q Do you offer non-smoking suites?
A All of our suites are non-smoking. We are a family resort and strictly adhere to this policy; however, we offer designated outdoor smoking areas, which can be found on our property map.
Q Do you offer a kosher menu?
A Our chefs are available to discuss kosher or halal options. Please call our team of chefs to arrange in advance at 407-387-0213
Q Do you offer special accommodations for guests with food allergies?
A Yes. Our chefs can take care of your allergy needs - gluten, dairy, Celiac's, soy, peanut and tree nut. Please call 407-387-0213 or ask for a chef at your next meal.
Q Do you have a business center?
A The business center is located in the lobby. WiFi is available in your suite and throughout the resort. Use of the business center is covered in the resort fee.
Q Do I have access to a fitness room?
A Our fitness room is open to our guests 6 a.m. - 11:00 p.m., 7 days a week. Towels are provided. This is a service covered in our resort fee.
Q Do I have access to a laundry room?
A The guest laundry room is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There are two locations on property to make it accessible for all guests.
Q How big are the in-room refrigerators?
A All suites have a mini refrigerator. Suites with full kitchens have a full size refrigerator.

Q Why do guests have to wear wristbands?
A To ensure the facilities are exclusive to our paying guests, we have installed security gates at all entrances and all guests over the age of 4 are required to wear wristbands at all times. Day Pass Holders and Visitors are allowed on property from 7 a.m. - 9 p.m. Only registered guests and day pass holders may use the amenities of the resort. Additional wristbands can be purchased for hotel guests at $25 USD each.
Q Are we allowed to have visitors?
A Yes. Visitors are allowed on property during visiting hours of 7 a.m. - 9 p.m. Visitor parking is $17 per standard vehicle.
Q Are my guests allowed to use the amenities?
A Yes. Your guests may accompany you in The Marketplace dining outlets, 4-D Experience Theater, Laser Challenge and Arcade. The Lagoon and Oasis Pool areas, shows in the Celebration Theater, and special events are reserved for the exclusive use of our guests and day pass holders.

Q Can we reserve seating for the Celebration Theater show?
A Advance reservations are not accepted, we recommend guests arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled show start time to have choice of seats. Check the information and activities weekly schedule for show times.
Q Does the hotel do anything special for birthdays?
A We have a birthday party package that includes one hour use of the Celebration Theater, pizza, beverages, ice cream cake, arcade cards, unlimited access wristband for 4-D & laser maze, birthday gift for birthday child and dedicated party host. Q Do you have cakes or amenities available to purchase for special occasions?
A Yes, we have cakes and amenities. Cakes are available in various themes. Amenities include gift baskets for kids, fresh fruit platters, bottles of wine and buckets of beer. Please call our in-house reservations or go to Essentials in the Marketplace to place your order. A 24 hour notice is required. We also have ice cream cakes available for immediate needs in Essentials.

Q Does the Holiday Inn Resort Orlando provide transportation?
A Guests enjoy complimentary scheduled shuttle service to/from the Walt Disney World® Theme Parks. Transportation to special events is not included. Reservations for wheelchair passengers must be made no later than 24 hours in advance and must match regular shuttle departure and returns. Call 407-390-0000. Q Does the Holiday Inn Resort Orlando offer parking?
A Yes, on-site parking is available for a daily fee of $15 for one standard size vehicle. Each additional vehicle and guest parking is $17 per standard car, $34 per car with trailer, $85 per Motor Home and $136 per Semi and Coach Bus, per day.

Q Do the pools and slides close for inclement weather?
A In order to continue our commitment to your family's safety while on property, it is our policy to close certain pool areas during severe weather. The pool areas are closed when lightning is in the area and reopened as soon as weather permits.
Q What are the normal operating hours of the pools and water slides?
A Lagoon Pool and Slide hours are subject to change without notice. During your stay, please refer to the information and activities schedule for specific hours of operation.
Q Are there minimum height requirements to use the slides?
A Yes. All slides have a minimum height requirement of 40 inches.
Q Is there a policy regarding swim pants?
A Yes. All children under 4 years of age must wear protective swim pants while in our pools. Please do your part in ensuring that the pool remains open and safe for everyone to enjoy. Our goal is to provide a fun and safe atmosphere for everyone at our resort.
Q Is there a whirlpool?
A Yes. Whirlpools are located at the Lagoon and Oasis pools. Children 12 and under must have adult supervision.
Q Should I bring towels?
A We provide complimentary pool towels at the pool during your stay.
Q Can other people use the pools?
A Only those who have purchased a day pass.
Q Can I bring a cooler or tote bag with food into the pool area?
A We are unable to allow coolers or carry-in food into the pool area for safety and health code reasons. However, our Oasis Bar & Grill and Lagoon Bar & Grill are conveniently located within our pool areas and provides a variety of food and beverage items for you to purchase.
Q What is the age requirement for children to be in the pool area by themselves?
A Safety is our number 1 priority. We do require all children ages 12 and under to be accompanied by a parent or guardian age 18 or older. Children age 13 or older may be in the pool areas by themselves; but may not be responsible for other children.
Q Are the pools and spas accessible for guests with disabilities?
A Yes, our pools and spas are fully accessible to guests with disabilities.
Q Are lifejackets permitted?
A Yes. Only U.S. Coast Guard-approved flotation devices are acceptable. Complimentary lifejackets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Q Are lifeguards on duty?
A Yes. However, parents and guardians are ultimately responsible for the safety of their children.
Q What are the rules for use of the slides, pool, and spa?
